Admission prices are:
Adults $5.00
children under 14 (accompanied by an adult) are free.
There is no charge for Parking at Assiniboine Park

                4:00 pm Commercial growers set-up.
                4:30 pm Registration table opens. Individual and Club display set-up.
                7:00 pm Pre-sale for all registered volunteers
                9:00 pm Pre-sale closes
                10:00 pm Conservatory closes

Friday,  March March 26, 2010
                9:00 am Conservatory opens.
                4:00 pm Judging commences.
                4:30 pm Conservatory closes.
                6:00 pm Chicken and pizza will be served to judges, clerks and helpers.

Saturday,  March 27, 2010
                8:00 am to 9:00 am Photographers only
                9:00 am Conservatory opens
                9:30 am Lecture - topic to be announced
                10:30 am Lecture - topic to be announced
                4:30 pm Conservatory closes
                6:30 pm Cash bar - Travelodge Winnipeg East
                7:00 pm MOS Awards Banquet -Travelodge Winnipeg East

Food Required for The Show

We will require assistance from members in supplying food for the Show as follows:

Thursday Evening - Show set-up - ready made sandwiches or open-face buns, goodies (cookies, squares, cakes etc) Beverages will be provided.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday - during the show MOS will provide beverages, sandwich meat, bread & buns and condiments.
We will require volunteers to bring the following: muffins and goodies, vegetables and dip, cheese, uncut fruit including melon, apples, grapes etc.

Colleen Paluch is maintaining a food sign-up sheet for the show. Please contact her at or email atshowhospitality@manitobaorchidsociety.ca and advise her with the information of when & what you intend to bring.
